Wade is the Managing Partner of Blue-Mark. He started the firm in 2008 with a goal to help organizations focus on what matters, align people, process and expectations and implement sustainable change. Wade is a highly experienced management consulting professional with 20 years of dedicated experience. He has advised, led and supported all manner of complex business agendas. Through this experience as both an internal and external consultant, Wade brings unique insight and capability to facilitating, assessing, mobilizing and implementing organizational effectiveness and change solutions.
Wade holds an Honours BA degree in Political Science, from the University of Saskatchewan, and an MBA, Strategy & Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Management at York University.
Drew Tompkins, Managing Principal

Drew Tompkins is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record for leading large teams, implementing significant organizational change and delivering business results. During his career to-date, he has successfully run 24x7 operations functions, lead multi-year, multi-million-dollar technology change programs, set and established organizational policies and strategies, and designed and implemented complex people and organizational transformations. He has extensive training in and knowledge of organizational effectiveness and behavioural theories, frameworks and methodologies.
Drew is a former high-school teacher (BEd) who has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
